Celebrated economist and 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' author Robert Kiyosaki has reaffirmed his bullish stance on Bitcoin (BTC), announcing another BTC purchase via social media. While acknowledging potential risks, Kiyosaki emphasized his long-term conviction in the cryptocurrency's growth potential.
'I added more Bitcoin to my portfolio today. Could I be wrong? Absolutely - it wouldn't be my first miscalculation. But I firmly believe Bitcoin will reach $1 million soon. If I'm mistaken, so be it. However, if I'm right, the upside makes this a winning proposition,' Kiyosaki stated.
The financial guru cautioned against herd mentality investing, even as he predicted BTC's potential to hit seven figures. He highlighted the fundamental difference in investment psychology between wealth groups: 'The poor focus on price fluctuations, while the wealthy accumulate assets. I'm not concerned with gold or silver's spot price - what matters is how many ounces I own. The same applies to Bitcoin; quantity matters more than temporary valuation.'
Kiyosaki revealed his initial BTC acquisition at $6,000, expressing regret for not deploying more 'fiat currency' at the time. Reiterating his $1 million price target for 2030, he concluded: 'Future wealth will belong to those accumulating the most Bitcoin.'
