Benedikt Faupel, Head of Public Affairs at cryptocurrency platform Bitpanda, revealed to Cointelegraph that while the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation provides much-needed regulatory clarity, its implementation remains inconsistent across European Union member states. Faupel emphasized that true harmonization of crypto regulations has yet to be achieved despite MiCA's framework.
